1. Digital Marketing Services
Since our services include digital marketing solutions, SEO services, WhatsApp API integrations, and other digital services, we typically do not offer refunds once the service is provided, due to the nature of our work. However, we do offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If the service you paid for was not delivered or provided due to an error on our part.
- If the service was significantly different from what was agreed upon in the contract or service agreement.
- If there was a billing error, and you were charged incorrectly.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Written request for a refund within 7 days of the service being provided.
- The client has not received or used any of the deliverables, such as reports, campaign results, or SEO audits.
- The services rendered are demonstrably deficient or incomplete based on the agreed scope of work.
3. No Refunds for Completed Work
Once the agreed-upon work or deliverable has been completed and delivered (including but not limited to digital marketing campaigns, SEO services, or any consultancy), no refunds will be issued. This applies to all types of digital services offered by Uplift Guru.
4. Changes to Service
If you wish to cancel or modify a service before completion, we will evaluate your request. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion, depending on the progress of the project and the resources already utilized. Any refunds will reflect the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consultation fees.
- One-time services (such as audits, one-time campaigns, reports).
- Third-party fees or licenses associated with advertising platforms, tools, or APIs (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
6. Return of Physical Products
In case any physical products (such as marketing materials, merchandise, or tools) are delivered as part of a service package, returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
- A request for return must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged upon delivery.
